I have lived in beautiful Brant County since 2005 with my husband Sonny. Three teenagers, two dogs, a cat and chickens, along with a veggie garden and countless home renovations keep us pretty busy.
In my 'downtime', I enjoy time with family, friends and neighbours, sitting by the firepit or lounging in the sunshine reading a book. I look forward to welcoming you to Soar Family Chiropractic and Wellness!
I have been living in the prettiest little town of Paris since 2011 with my loving husband David. The very next year we were thrilled to welcome our first and only son, and since then I have been focusing mainly on family while taking up part-time admin work in-between. My happy place is at home where I enjoy reading suspense/thriller novels, spending time with my son or dog, enjoying nature and feeding the chipmunks. At Soat I am reminded that self care, both mental and physical is essential to happiness and health, so I hope to see you here soon!
